Great location for the cruise port

Had a view of the street- would have preferred a bayview as it would have been quieter. A little nervous about walking around there at night. Neighborhood seemed a little "Iffy"

- Staff was very lovely. - View (not that much). - Room perfect. - Location 5/5 for famillies. - Space so clean.

The Breakfast ^^ but beside that everything is perfect The small swimming pool (will say better not name it swimming pool) ^^ Breakfast (Meehh).

Good

Very close to the bus station so easy to get to and from the bus station. Only a five/ten minute walk to las canteras beach.

Air conditioning in the rooms seems temperamental- I had to switch rooms and still had issues. The roof terrace and pool are very small but a nice spot to watch the sunset.

Great hotel

Great location, close to everything you need, beach only 6 minutes walk. Staff were all very helpful and the breakfast was decent.

They should have a king size bed instead of 2 singles pushed together which easily came apart. Apart from that everything was fine.

Excellent hotel in prime location.

Excellent hotel in a good location for visiting the old town and exploring the island. Close to the beach and local amenities. Roof top bar perfect for the evening sun. We would certainly recommend this hotel to other travellers.

A separate en suite bathroom would have been preferable and the option of a king size double bed rather than two single beds.

I've stayed in this hotel many times! Staff are lovely, and it's very central.My room this time wasn't as good as usual, bu it was a holiday weekend, so understandable. Breakfast was nice and hopefully I'll be back in February.

Very comfortable stay

The hotel is modern, clean and well decorated. The girl at the reception was very friendly. The room was very stylish, with all the necessary for a comfortable stay including toothbrush and toothpaste :) Our room was on the 10th floor with a very nice view on the port. The gym is small but well equipped and the breakfast is various for both savoury and sweets. Nice terrace with a small pool.

I have stayed at this place several times already, always correct and well located if you are in town for business, good beds, correct breakfast, coffee in the room, professional personnel; this time however I got an interior room with no view which is not so nice, not so well ventilated with the smell of ambient/cleaning products, and the ventilator in the bathroom made quite a lot of noise. They no longer have room service but you can order food from food apps to be delivered there.

Smell in the room was not ideal (ambient/cleaning products) and no ventilation possible as the window looked at the central hall which smelled the same. I asked to change rooms but the hotel was apparently full.
